Wanted to wait a few weeks after getting my receiver back to make sure I could write an accurate review.

Jim and his “stereo repair” guy did an excellent job bringing the inputs back to life on my 1979 Sony Reciever. At first, I had no idea who to take it to, but after some asking around to people on Reddit, they claimed Lancer TV and Video were the best around.

I’m happy to say that’s the case. The repair turnaround time was quick, and you can tell they took good care of my unit while it was with them (not an extra scratch on it, in fact it came back more clean than when I left it). They even came in UNDER his original quote for repair cost. Hopefully Jim and his associate continue to do business for some time, as if I ever have a stereo that needs repair or refurb, they’ll be getting my jobs first.
